John Gaims graduated first in his class from the University of Southern California Law School where he was the Executive Editor of the Law Review. John obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of California at Berkeley and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of California at Los Angeles. He has been a Professor of Law since the early 1970's and has served often as judge pro tem as well as an arbitrator for the American Stock Exchange. Before joining this firm John was the head of the trial departments at two other prestigious Los Angeles law firms. John's trial experience encompasses disputes in numerous fields, including the oil industry, insurance, defamation, wrongful termination, palmony claims, private education, entertainment, sports, construction and real estate. John's most recent trials, arbitrations and mediations have involved major construction and real estate disputes, and our clients have been successful in every case.
