Marc Epstein has engaged in business litigation throughout his legal career, with emphasis on disputes involving real estate, employment (including wrongful termination and wage and hour disputes), corporate and partnership disputes, entertainment, banking, manufacturing, construction, intellectual property, and high technology. He graduated from the University of California at Los Angeles School of Law in 1974 where he was Articles Editor for the UCLA Law Review and was selected to membership in the Order of the Coif honor society. Before law school, Marc graduated with honors from the Engineering School at UCLA, where he was elected to the Tau Beta Pi honor society. For several years, Marc managed the litigation department of a large Los Angeles law firm, and he has served as judge pro tem for the Los Angeles Municipal Court. Marc has an AV Peer Review Rating from Martindale–Hubbell, and he was selected as a “Super Lawyer” by Los Angeles Magazine.
